Basic Direct Cremation
Starting at $1,465
Direct Cremation is for families who want a simple and flexible farewell without a viewing or service.
This packages include:
- Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff
- Transfer of Deceased from Place of Death to Crematory
- Crematory Fee (Up to 250 Lbs)
- Medical Examiner / Coroner Fee
- Refrigeration (Minimum Hold of 48 hrs Per Wisconsin Statute 979.10)
- Sanitary Care (No Embalming)
- Procurement of doctor’s signature, filing of the death certificate with the State of Wisconsin, obtaining all necessary permits, and completion of all local, state and federal forms which are required.
Disclosure: A $150 Refrigeration fee will be charged at checkout for Loved Ones in our care for 5 day or less before being sent to the crematory. Any Loved Ones in our care for over 5 days will be a charged an additional $100 per day which will be invoiced separately.
Standard Direct Cremation

Direct Cremation is for families who want a simple and flexible farewell without a viewing or service. INCLUDES: alternative containers for cremation, temporary urn, obtaining and ordering death records, online death notice on Benchmarks website (Name, Age, residence, and date of death)
This packages include:
- Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff
- Transfer of Deceased from Place of Death to Crematory
- Crematory Fee (Up to 250 Lbs)
- Medical Examiner / Coroner Fee
- Alternative Container
- Temporary Urn
- Obtain & Order Death Records
- Online Death Notice (Name, Age, Residence, Date of Death)
- Refrigeration (Minimum Hold of 48 hrs Per Wisconsin Statute 979.10)
